  • Where is the store based?

    Dallas, TX

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do! But please be aware that international shipping cost is higher than shipping within the US. International fans, feel free to use the contact form if you have any questions regarding shipping to your specific country.

  • I bought a print/sticker, but I forgot to leave a note for a signing/message option. Is it too late to add one?

    Orders will be accepted for February 2024. You can use the Storenvy contact form to let me know what print message or signing option you would like. You must submit the contact form requesting the changes no later than February 7th. Also, please be sure to include your order number, so I can verify your purchase.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Orders will be shipped in batches mid-month on February 15th. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • What's the handling fee?

    The handling fee is an automatic charge from Storenvy for using its platform.

  • Do you offer refunds or replacements?

    I do not offer any refunds. However, if the damage in transit goes beyond normal wear and tear from handling (ex. it is bent in half or has a large rip) please reach out via the Storenvy contact form. Please include your order number as well as a photo for proof of the damage, and I will ship out a replacement.

    *Due to the high costs of re-shipping items, please note we are not responsible for very minor wear and tear such as slight creases or corner scuffs. Tiny imperfections are relatively common in the printing and shipping processes and merchandise with minor transit wear and tear will not qualify for replacements.

  • What is Storenvy?

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

  • What if something is wrong with my order?

    If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly, either through the Contact page or through your Storenvy account settings page.
